I collect the minimum amount of personally identifiable information necessary to improve my site and the service I provide. Data I collect includes any or all of the information you provide while using our website and/or services.

 

Use of Information

Fabulous at Phonics! may use the personal information collected through my site and services specifically for the purposes detailed in my tuition agreement.

Personal information that I process for any reasons won’t be kept longer than is necessary for those purposes.

I will take reasonable measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information (e.g. encryption).

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) 

The DBS service helps to identify individuals who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involving children or vulnerable adults, and provides wider access to criminal record information through its disclosure service.

I have an online enhanced check subscription, that allows me to keep my DBS certificate up to date and allows students and their parents/carers to view my certificate.

This helps clients make a safer and informed choice about using my services.

An electronic paper copy can be viewed by clicking the button below and the original is shown and discussed during the Welcome Meeting or at any time on request.
